A few days our sales dropped, this morning a customer messaged saying they cannot enter their credit card info.

I contacted Woo, as it is their stripe plugin and they switched the theme to WordPresses Twenty Twenty-Four and the credit card field worked again.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello, Thesicilian,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Please verify the functionality when the Advanced checkout feature is deactivated. This can be done by navigating to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Attached is a screen shot with the advanced layout turn off and the pic has a screen shot of the credit card file, still cannot enter any details.

With Afterpay, Zip or Paypal, if I click on place order with after placing something in the cart, the required fields go red, see screen shot attached.

But if I select credit card, you cannot fill in the credit card info, and if I press place order, there is a circle spinning.

    Hi @thesicilian,

We regret to learn that you are experiencing difficulties.

To assist you effectively, we kindly request that you perform the following steps:

    1. Please conduct a test for any plugin conflicts that may be occurring(just keep the ET-Core-Plugin active).
    2. Consider downgrading WooCommerce to a previous version to see if this resolves the problem.

If it still doesn’t help, please provide us with your WordPress admin & FTP access:
    – WP Admin account, WP Login URL, WP Password.
    – For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience in this matter. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
