1. Where can we see the message of the users shopping on the site?
We could not see a shopping customer wrote a return message on the site?
How can we see these messages?
(SMTP mailer plugin installed)
2. As you can see in the picture below, the red dot on the orders is not going out, but there is no order. Is it normal to have a red warning when there is no order?
