Customer reviews are not showing in tabs or any other place

Customer reviews are not showing. In themes settings, on single product page, reviews position is set to “tabs”.

That does not help, the reviews have been showing for years, but still don’t anymore.

Thank you for your response.

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Sending a video, maybe you can make something out of it.
As you can see settings to leave reviews are turned on, there are product reviews, but they are not showing anywhere.

I do not use page builder, but when I tried, it made no difference.
Most third party plugins, including all cache plugins were turned off.

1/ We are grateful for your assistance in providing the video that demonstrates the issue at hand.

2/ Upon thorough investigation, we have verified the functionality of the Reviews option on our test site, and it is working correctly. The issue only persists on your site

We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme.

3/ Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

Thanks for you help, the issue was caused by another plugin, it is all working now.
