Customers cannot checkpout unless they creat an account

Hello,

I have a bunch of complains from customers who do not have an account trying to purchase a product. What happens is, unless they create an account with my Woocommerce store and log in, they cannot check out. Simply the option for entering credit card information is not active.
Please note, I have enabled th ” Allow customers to place orders without an account” option in Woocommerce settings, as well as “Anyone can register” under WordPress settings.

Please advice the solution.

Thank you for your reply.

I did run into the same issue trying to check out a product yesterday on my phone without first login into the account. It would not accept the payment information. The problem was gone once I logged in.
In any rate I will monitor the situation.
