Customers cannot enter credit card information.

    Hello,

    My customers are signaling again problems entering credit card information. This week only I had 6 customers emailing me about the issue.
    Every one has the same issue, they cannot enter the credit card information. The fields where the credit card number needs to be entered in inactive.
    Like I said I know about 6 but I have a feeling we lost much many more sales which is very bad.
    Please let me know how can I address the issue.
