Hello,
I have made customization changes on my header and footer that are not applying consistently to my website. I have created two different headers and when I refresh the page on my phone and desktop to see the changes, the webpage does not show what is shown in the customization page. When I am in customization mode the changes I want are displayed properly, but when I go to the live page that the public can see, the changes are not consistent. Can you help with this?
Thank you,
David
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Have you cleared cache of your browser?
Please provide detailed screenshots for a better understanding of the situation. Also, provide temporary wp-admin access, we will check the problem more deeply.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share the link to your screenshot.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,
I cleared the cache but it did not do anything. The Single Header for Ameryun.com/Home is the webpage in problem. The icons for menu, insta, and cart should be white Live Version (https://ameryun.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/error-page.png)
How it should look based off the customization page (https://ameryun.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/customization-page.png)
Thank you,
David
Hello,
Here is what I see on the home page https://prnt.sc/26c2yjs
So, don’t understand what’s wrong there.
Make sure that you clear plugin cache and browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn
after changes you did.
Regards
