Customize bar on my site not loading for a few days now

Hi i am trying to remove a banner on my site that I put up whilst i closed store for a week and now i would like to remove it but when i click the customize button on the top bar, it keeps loading and loading and never allowing me to access it. tried for a few days, a few different computers with cleared caches etc.
please advise thanks.

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Never save theme options as a Draft https://prnt.sc/dfr_pIsyFJMv Use only Publish option.
Check now.
