Hi,
where i can customize label and color in archive and single page for onsale label?
On “Product badges” section I can customize only archive page but single page not take this settings… how can do it?
Hello, @Mauro,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Kindly refer to our theme documentation for detailed information on product badges, which can be accessed here: [XStore Badges Documentation] https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-badges-on-products/
To assist us in better understanding your issue, could you please provide a screenshot and the URL of the page where you are attempting to customize the product badge color? It appears that the settings are being applied only to the archive page and not the single product page.
Additionally, we kindly request that you share your website’s WP-admin access in the private content area, so we can further investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Hello, @Mauro,
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been successfully resolved. Kindly clear your browser cache and revisit your site to see the changes.
To address the problem, we have commented out the Custom CSS code located in **XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS**, which has resolved the issue. For your reference, please see the attached image.
Additionally, you can customize the text and color of the promotional label for both archive and single product pages by navigating to **XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Product Badges > Sale Label Settings**. From there, you can adjust the color and other settings as per your requirements and publish the changes.
These updates will apply across all pages, including both archive and single product pages.
We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thanks for support
Hello, @Mauro,
We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been successfully resolved. Kindly clear your browser cache and review the changes on your website.
Specifically, we have updated the text “SALE” to “PROMO” on the single product page. This modification was made under **Loco > Themes > XStore**. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.
If you wish to further customize the text, you can do so by using the **Loco Translate** plugin. Simply edit the language files for both the **XStore** theme and the **XStore Core** plugin according to your preferences, and save the settings.
We hope this resolves your concern. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
