Customize theme or Theme Options not working

Since I have purchased the Store Theme, I am unable to access any options that will enable me to customise the theme (Logo, Top Banner, Footer, …).
I was using the latest versions of the following plugins:
– Elementor 3.6.2
– WooCommerce 6.3.1
– XStore Core 4.1.3
As a result, the customizer page isn’t showing, with multiple errors returned.

I downgraded some plugins
– Elementor 3.5.6
– WooCommerce 6.2.2
All the errors related to them disappeared, but the XStore Core one is still there.

I really need your assistance in fixing this

Hello,

To change the logo and header go to Theme Options > Header builder > https://gyazo.com/8a63b067d2102534f91a5bf68483b6da

To change the footer go to Static blocks > edit Footer static block using Elementor.

Besides, update Elementor Pro plugin to the latest version because you use out of date version of plugin.

Thank you for your feedback. I just realised that I can access the options via Google Chrome but not Safari.
On Safari, the issue still persists https://gyazo.com/5e8e2af2adbf3ba7961dd25f76c2b4e7

I m going to close the issue and use Chrome for now. Thank you
