Hi there I recently purchased this theme and I am having a few minor issues. When I make changes via the customizer window the changes do not take effect on the live website. Instead, I constantly receive this message “The previous set of changes has already been published. Please try saving your current set of changes again.”.

Additionally, there seems to be another type of error as none of the sliders are working. Tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but still, it didn’t fix it. All I see when I preview my webpage is source code.

Finally, when I try to change the theme colour the changes take effect on the preview but not on the actual webpage.

I apologize if the questions are primitive but I’m fairly new to WordPress. Thank you for your time, patience and consideration.

    Hello,

    1) Do you use server or CDN or plugin cache? If yes then after every style changes, you need to clear CDN cache to clear cached version and apply changes.

    2) Provide link to your site, Dashboard and FTP access in Private Content area to check the problem with sliders.

    Regards

Hi Olga. I managed to fix the issues outlined above. I am now having trouble making the size of the “shop menu item” drop-down box much smaller, as I only need 3 items. I managed to delete everything I needed to but the background box itself would not get smaller. Can you provide any sources that might help? Thanks a lot.

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide URL of your site, so we can take a closer look?
Also, check out docs – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/

    Regards
