Went trying to customize the theme options, we are met with a 500 error message every time. We have disabled all unnecessary plugins, and we like some help to restore the website. Thanks.

    Hello, Jeovanni,

There is a critical error on the page.
1/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

2/ Provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I don’t think this has to do with wordpress, as this error happened once i updated the xstore theme. Is there anything else that can be done besides reinstall?

    Thank you.

Hello Jack, Issue persists even after creating a new droplet, reinstalling wordpress, and importing saved backup
