    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you effectively, could you kindly provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? This will enable us to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Update;

I tried to install the furniture 03 theme and it resulted in errors whilst installing, as well as errors when installing some selected content components. You can now see the error that results on the main page of the website.

I’m finding that there are lots of errors resulting from this theme. I’m not sure if the installation was incorrectly done, or there is some other conflict

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello JS7319,

The problem is caused by the WooCommerce plugin, here is a link to their support forum – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-uncaught-error-class-wc_legacy_api-not-found/

We can’t connect to FTP using the credentials you provided:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

“You need to reinstall Woocommerce, and that may fix it.”
due to the answer on just 100% same question you have -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-uncaught-error-class-wc_legacy_api-not-found/
because according to the path of error it is WooCommerce plugin’s issue.

    Best Regards,

I am using version 9.0.0 of Woo Commerce which has been reported to work. Is your theme not compatible with the latest version of Woo Commerce? This error has only surfaced after trying to install the demo child theme.

I am trying to find out the issue with the FTP account.

    Hello JS7319,

Our theme (9.3.13, so you need to update the theme) is fully compatible with the latest Woocommerce, but the problem you face is independent of the theme, you will have it even after activation of any other theme, because the issue comes from WooCommerce plugin itself, please read – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-uncaught-error-class-wc_legacy_api-not-found/

The link your have pasted doesn’t not tell me much about the origin.

How do I update the theme?

Please see FTP host server update.

    Hi,

I think I have fixed the issue by disabling and reinstalling Woo Commerce, however, now I am having issues with installing the 3 furniture demo. The plugins fail installation and the media and all pages fail (even if I select just a few options of the drop down).

The failure indicates possible issue with server, but the php.ini file has been upgraded and the web server has been reset and there are no errors about this being presented on status, so I assume this has been resolved.

Can you please look into why the demo data is failing install. I have provided the admin account data earlier.

    Thanks

    Hello, JS7319,

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about the issues you’re encountering with the installation of the 3 furniture demo on your website.

Upon reviewing the details you provided, we discovered that the problem was due to an incorrectly specified template in the file
    /wp-content/themes/child-theme-xstore/style.css

The template was incorrectly listed as Template: Parent Theme XSTORE, whereas it should have been Template: xstore.

We have corrected this issue, and you should now be able to proceed with the installation of the demo data without further problems. Please try reinstalling the demo and let us know if you encounter any more issues.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

    Best Regards,
