Hello,
We are using a plugin called Woocommerce Partial Shipments and it uses the Date Picker pop-up dialogue. Unfortunately it pop-ups partially behind another dialogue making it unusable. We contacted the plugin authors and they advised that it might be a javascript conflict with our theme. When we changed the theme to ‘Storefront’ the problem didn’t occur and the date picker was displayed over the dialogue.
Popup with Woopress active: https://www.screencast.com/t/wr29kFQXpF25
Popup with Storefront active: https://www.screencast.com/t/3O39DFjl
We see the following javascript error in the console when viewing an order:
window.controllers is deprecated. Do not use it for UA detection. ace.js:1:279394
Please can you advise.
Many thanks
David
Hello, davidturnbull72.
Please update the theme and plugins to the latest versions. The plugins can be updated from this page and theme from the themeforest.
Don’t forget to backup all your site and database before update.
Give us with wp-admin credentilas to your site to check the issue if it will be still present
Regards,
Max Mullins
