I Deactivate license from my test site then Activate in My live site but I can’t Activate

You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.

Hello,

As we can see, the theme is activated on these 2 sites – http://prntscr.com/106gj38
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
These 2 sites + 1 new site = 1 end project?

I both is my testing site
I deactivate license from Two site but

I can’t activate in my live site

Hello,

These 2 sites still use XStore theme. Besides as I can see these 2 sites are 2 completely different projects. You should have a separate license for different projects.
So, activate another license for one of these projects and provide us with the new license that you used. Only after that we’ll be able to unblock your license and allow using the first license for the production site of one of these projects.
