Deactivate my theme license on dev domain

I am using 1 license for 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. I want to use the license in a new dev domain for the same project. I deactivated the theme is current dev domain but it’s not working on new dev domain.
can you reset the activation for me on dev domain?

Where can I deactivate my licenses myself if I have installed this in a website and it is already uninstalled?

XStore > Dashboard > Unregister license
If a few installations will be done, you will still need to contact us.
