Hi

I have two licenses. I deleted a site, but I didn’t deactivate the theme before doing so.

Hello,

Thanks for using XStore.
As we can see, the theme is activated on a few sites. Please check screenshot from the private content area. We can delete the mentioned site, but you need to deactivate the theme on other sites.
1 license of the theme can be used on 1 staging site + 1 live/production site = 1 end project only – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

I am logged in and I can´t see the private content. I am really having problems with this support area. Somtimes it won´t let me post a new entry in the forum because it says I have no licenses, and I have 2.

Now, even though i can’t see what you posted in the private area, I have no idea of what you mean.

I know very well what the license includes, and that is why I have 2 of them. So I don´t appreciate that you tell me I am breaking rules when I am NOT doing any of that. IT is rude, and disrespectful to post such a thing in a public space, when is NOT TRUE.
I KNOW what the rules are, and is why I have TWO LICENSES.

If this support forum was working and I could access the private area, then I could actually see what you are talking about, but like I said before and I had to go to the Envato comments section to be able to post this, this is not working on my end.

So, to sum it up:
– I Have two licenses of your theme and therefore, I have the right to install each one on one live site and one staging site.
– One of the licenses is installed and active in ONE live site and its staging
– The other license was installed and active in a site that was DELETED.
– I tried to install and activate the second license in a NEW staging of a NEW project, AFTER the other site was DELETED ENTIRELY, and it was when I found out the license was not deactivated and I couldn’t use it.

I need that license deactivated, the one I posted in the private content of my first posts, the other one can’t be touched.
