    Hello,
I want to add a product to my cart, but when I click on the button “Add to cart” this functionality load very slowly. I stop the Woocommerce fragments, but again is slowly / not working.
What can I do to fix that?
    Best regards

    Hello, @VDinev,

Could you please check it once with the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? And let me know the result and how it works with the default WordPress Theme.

If the result will be the same then it will make sure that the issue is not because of our theme but because of your WordPress or any plugin.

In that case, you have to try to reach out to WooCommerce support.

    OR

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Kindly please take the complete backup of your site, first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

This option is not very good.. because I wait some period of time and I don’t know what going on here.
If you are a client in this shop and you will wait some time, but you don’t have information for that, what you will do?
Yes, maybe you will close the site. This is not good for me. I will lose money if my site is slow and with bad optimization and missing information for some period of time when you will wait.
This is the reason why I want my site every moment to be fast I don’t want my website to load for more than 3 seconds every moment.
Every moment when my site is loaded for more than 3 seconds I will lose 3 or more clients for 100 euros.
Yes, your theme required a big number of RAM and CPU I don’t know why and where is the reason, but I want to understand how to work this theme fast. Because I don’t want to lose money.

This option does not work on AMP for mobile devices. Again I can’t add to the cart product.

    Hello, @VDinev,

I have reverted the changes that I did to your site.

Now Regarding Add to Cart Speed: Ajax “add to cart” timeframe depends on your server and DB response time. So, to speed it up, contact your hosting provider and ask to reduce server response time, and maybe check your DB structure.

It also a little bit depends on the Speed of the site as well, I have checked your site speed and the score is not really good enough: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/yambolhub.com/dCyHHN56/
There are some necessary thing those must need to optimize to increase the speed of your site like “CSS, serve static assets, Eliminate render-blockcing resources”

    Enable Mobile Caching
    Optimize Images for Mobile
Implement Lazy Loading on Your Images and Videos
Optimize Image Delivery With a CDN
    Improve Time To First Byte
Eliminate Render-Blocking Resources (JS and CSS)
    Reduce Page Weight

In order to understand how you can fix it please read this article:

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

It will help you to optimize the site speed.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
