Default Email Template does not appear to be working

    I have setup the default email that is suppose to send if no template is found but I may be misunderstanding the capabilities? As I understand it, any of the emails that other plugins send, should use this template, yes? If that is the case, I either didn’t set it up right, or it is not working 🙁 See screenshots for more explanation.

    Hello, Thedeancorp,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    By default, we provide our Built-in Email builder only for global email types which come from WooCommerce directly but in some cases, if an extra plugin used good code practice and made their emails based on WooCommerce php class, actions, filters then it may work for them also.
    In case you don’t have those emails https://ibb.co/Nrm1FZS in the emails list then you may find emails’ ids (for example https://prnt.sc/vW7et1LEud_Z or ask for this info in plugin authors) and add them as described in the next example -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/built-in-email-builder-woo-subscription-email-templates-are-missing/#post-298317

    Thankyou Rose, I was able to get all of the 3rd party emails to show by looking up their ID in the plugin files.

    One of the three plugins shows as admin emails and not customer emails. Since it is a 3rd party plugin issue, I have messaged your customization team to see if they can be hired to tweak this.

    Good day

    I have the same issue with my xstore email template , it is not working properly and gives a crititcal error everytime a customer places an order
