    Hello, @ProdbyDaan,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @ProdbyDaan,

We would like to propose that you transition to the Parent theme should you be utilizing the Child Theme on your website. We advise that you clear your website’s cache and then re-evaluate the situation. It is possible that the issue you are encountering originates from your Child Theme.

Furthermore, we request that you create a header using the XStore Parent theme and reassess the issue. Should the header issue not persist when using the Parent theme, this would confirm that the problem is isolated to your Child Theme.

Please inform us of the outcome following these steps. Additionally, we strongly advise you to ensure a complete backup of your website is made prior to making any changes.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Tony,

    Unfortunately, I can’t test in on my Live page. it’s a Shop…
On my staging Page is breaking my entire website.

    Is there no other way?
Copy the “working” child theme from staging to live ?

Is there a way to repair the Child Theme?
    Why does it get broken?

I don’t do any manuell changes in the Child/Theme Files.
Only working in the WordPress Backend Dashboard with custom CSS nothing else.
No FTP Changes or something else …
