Hi, I’m having issues with the demo install. looking to install specific elements and keep getting errors. The host can’t find a solution to this .. so reaching out here.

Hello,

It looks like a conflict of XStore Core with some of plugins on your site. So I’ve disabled unrequired plugins and activated XStore.
If you need to get elements/pages from different demos, do not run a full import, but use our importer of WPBakery pages – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI

Do you happen to know which plugin it conflicted with?
As I disabled everything that didn’t come with the theme and still had the same issues.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
Do you want to run a full demo version import? I can see some content on your site, but It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.
So do reset the current content, and do the import of the desired demo, before activations 3rd party plugins.
