Default quantity discounts set to none for new products

I have set up a quantity discounts, but it applies to all new products. In new products, the quantity discount value is Inherit.
How can I set quantity discounts to none when creating new products? I want to define if a product has quantity discounts or not for each product.

I want to set the default value for the quantity discounts field to none when creating a new product, as I only want to apply quantity discounts to approximately 30% of the products.
