Hello, I am trying to use the default email template to create a header and footer, but after I design and save it, it gets deleted?
I also had a few emails designed before I started using the default template, and all of the design has been deleted too.
This has happened to me a few times now.

Please navigate to the right sidebar area of your template editor, where you can set the type of your email. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/jVHpB6qqLWcI.
Once you have adjusted the type and saved your changes, rest assured that you will not lose any modifications you have made. It is important to note that the current method you are using is intended for loading the template without returning to the email templates list, rather than setting the type for the email.

Thanks I see its saved now.
But how am I able to use the header from the Default template?
When I drag the widget in, it still only says “Content of original email will be transferred here”

We would like to inform you that the only method available for utilizing prebuilt header or footer templates in different email templates is by exporting the template from one email and then importing it into another. Currently, there are no alternative options for transferring these elements between templates.
