I use gtmetrix to speed up my website and I take this suggetion defer parsing JS how can ı fix this Problems

hi thank you I read the article and ı add plugin for deferiing javascript but stiil gtmetrix says you have to defer this js and ı try to make it but I didnt deferring this js and my pagespeed and yslow score is good but sıte speed 10 second how can ı solve these proplems
