Delete send to different address in checkout

I would like to know if the option I sent in image 2 can be removed so that that option does not appear.
And I would also like to know where I can customize the text in image 1.

2/ Please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Cart > Mini-Cart Promo Message > edit content of Text tab.
