Deleted data of imported demo site now want to restore

Hello team,
By unknowingly I deleted all the data and content form the import demo site section but I just deleted the coming soon demo not the boostore demo site but all those data also got deleted and now my whole website is blank, No catalogs and pages and showing the website but all the plugins, my all the catalogs and all other things are showing on the wordpress admin panel but not showing on the website, How can i get back to my website position. I don’t want to import the demo site that again as I had made many changes on that demo site according to my theme and usage of the work and if I import from fresh then I need to do it again that will be hectic, So what should i do, how can I get back my website?

We regret to inform you that once data has been deleted, it is not possible to restore it directly. However, you can reinstall the demo data and make your modifications as needed.

The only way to restore the original appearance of your website is by applying a backup, if one was previously created. If you do not have a backup available, we recommend contacting your hosting provider, as they typically have an automatic backup system in place. Please request them to restore your site.
