Deleted theme after WordPress update 6.3.1

    The theme folder was deleted after wordpress update.

    1. If you wish to check/add the website footer, Please follow the steps below to add the 8theme- Static block widget in Footer Column 1:

    1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Click on ‘Appearance’.
    3. Select ‘Widgets’.
    4. Add the ‘8theme- Static block’ widget in ‘Footer Column 1’.
    5. Select the static block name within it.

    2.Kindly provide us with a screenshot of the issue where the mobile menu is not visible on the page. This will enable us to assist you more effectively.

    3. Could you kindly provide us with a screenshot of the issue regarding the unusual background that you wish to remove or change? This will enable us to better understand the problem and assist you accordingly.

    Also, create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

    Thank you for the screenshot and for the login details

    1. We have conducted a thorough review of your website and discovered that there was no widget present in the mobile menu. To rectify this, we have added a mobile menu widget to the main header, which has successfully resolved the issue. Please note that you also have the option to add a widget to the mobile header according to your specific needs.

    Are you suggesting that the background color of this section is not black and you would like to change it to black?

    If this is the case, kindly proceed to edit the page using the page builder (Wp-bakery). You can then select the specific section and modify the background color according to your preference.
