Dear Concern,
How can I delete or customize the product categories showing on mobile devices?

1/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
Please go to XStore Builders > Header builder > edit template > Mobile menu.

B/ Dasboard > Products > Categories.

Please Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
Go to “Appearance” > Menus and select “Mobile Menu & categories menu”
Edit as per your requirement and save settings.
