Can’t Import Demo Content

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.
This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please reset the installation and provide us with temporary WP-admin access in the private content area of this topic. We will then help you with the import, and let us know which demo you would like to import and with which page builder (Elementor or WP Bakery).
