    Hello, Adams,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello Adams,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

It appears that the issue is due to your server not meeting the requirements of the theme and plugins. To resolve this, please contact your service provider and ask them to adjust the server requirements to meet the theme requirements. You can view the theme requirements in the image provided here: https://ibb.co/VBscvWg

Once the two steps have been completed, please let us know which demo version you would like to import so that we can do it for you. Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?

Additionally, we have found that your provided login credentials are not super admin logins. we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
