Hey, I have a Problem with the Default Demo-Content I have installed on my website. Most of the product-pages are marked with items in stock in the backend, but when I use the preview of those products, they appear as no products in stock. Also the option of choosing the size or color isn’t available in the preview. The products don’t look the same as in the Demo-Content Preview from X-Store.
I would be thankful for any help!
    Greetings!

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
We provide just examples of products. Either edit existing products – add attributes http://prntscr.com/rwjw2x > create variations http://prntscr.com/rwjwbx > add prices http://prntscr.com/rwjwon = http://prntscr.com/rwjwxb , or create your own products https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/setup-products/
This video will help you to sort out with variation swatches – https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards

I understand that, but my question is, why the demo content doesn’t appear on my website the same as in the preview from X-Store demos, shouldn’t it be exactly the same, when I install it on my website? It would be easier for me to figure out how to edit the products if I see how it is made in the demo content.

    Greetings

    Hello,

Import of all the variations for all the products takes a lot of time and very often the server limits do not allow to finish it and it causes the error of the import of whole the content. Not all the servers allow increasing these limits. That’s why we decided to skip the import of the product variations for every product. WooCommerce documentation clearly explains how to create variable products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ and we don’t use any special methods or settings in addition. Also we have video tutorial on how to use variation swatches https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A So, not sure why this is a problem. If you don’t have experience with WooCommerce plugin did you read plugin documentation and theme documentation/video tutorials before start your work?

    Regards

Ok, I haven’t watch the tutorials yet, just thought it would be easier having an example. But I guess it is then the problem from my server, I will try with the documentations.

    Thanks for your help!
