    Hello!

I just purchased the XStore theme and I have been unable to find an answer to my question. All responses to a similar topic are private.

I have imported the demo content for the Animal demo. However, the demo setup is not what was imported. I started with a clean WordPress platform and zero plugins. What I have is definitely not the simply plug and play I had anticipated.

    Please advise.

    Thank you!

You advised me to go back to a previous PHP version. I am unable to accommodate that due to the requirements of my other sites.

    Hello Jacqpot,

We have noticed that your site content appears to be corrupted. Have you imported the Demo with Elementor page builder and edited and saved it with another page builder such as WP Bakery, or vice versa?

In order to resolve this issue, we suggest that you completely reset your WordPress. Once you have done this, please provide us with the fresh new WP site Admin URL and Credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can import the proper demo for you on your site.

No. I did not have the opportunity to do much since it did not appear as expected. I have not used either page builder.

    Hello Jacqpot,

Thank you for your patience. We have now imported the correct demo onto your site. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again.

It is important to install and activate one of the page builders (WP Bakery or Elementor) before importing any demo, as the demos are based on these page builders. We have imported the demo onto your site with the Elementor page builder, so you can now easily edit the content.

Please see the attached screenshot: https://postimg.cc/JDfrgyzm

    Kind regards,
    8Themes Team.

I appreciate your assistance. I am able to view the correct demo configuration now. However, is there a reason why the Elementor editor cannot be accessed now?

    Hello, Jacqpot,

We have attempted to log in to your site again, however, the login details you provided are no longer working. Please refer to the screenshot in the private content area.

Please note that you cannot directly edit any of the archive pages (Blog, Shop, Category, etc.) with any of the page builders. These archive pages can only be rendered using Theme Settings or with the Pro plugin.

In regards to the home page not being editable with the Elementor page builder, please read and follow the instructions in this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73521296/how-to-solve-err-http2-protocol-error-which-occurs-only-when-editing-page-throug.

We hope this helps to resolve your issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team
