i have buy xstore theme today i am trying to import demo theme

this design but some content is not import and page design also not load as same in demo theme

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for using our support forum.
1/ Please go to Dashboard > Products > Categories > edit category > add Thumbnail image. Images of categories can’t be imported, so you need to manually add image for every demo category, or delete them and add your own products categories.
2/ Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can fix the problem with this static block https://prnt.sc/CTUX7RxW5UV9 on the single product page.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

I have tested your site again in incognito mode and it is functioning properly. On the initial loading of the site, the wishlist is empty. Therefore, please clear the cache and check back or check it on any other computer with a fresh browser.

there is just one more thing whenever i try to loading site in mobile it was not load same site as desktop it was at bottom view non-amp verison why that any way to load properly
