I tried to install the Church layout but in home I read this message

Also you need to increase the values of upload_max_filesize to 64 mb.

You need also change a value for function upload_max_filesize. Please do this.

Hi there!

I have installed the Royal theme, and activated the ‘food’ template, but after there is no frontend site anymore. I tried to figure out what could be the problem, i’ve deactivated the woocommerce – after this the site background has returned, but there is no other content. I really do not understand it. The FTP runs with PHP 5.6

Please help!

We can’t connect via FTP getting the errors:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Is there firewall on your server that is blocking access?

Now credentials are correct but access is not permitted, we are getting this error:
Response: 550 PWD: Permission denied
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Please open access to the site files.
