Demo import errors and elemetor hanging and not importing premium version

Hi. I have used this template on another site, but have deactivated it and loaded it on the new site:
http://www.finefoodmerchants.co.za
The demo plugins have mostly not been imported. tried more than once
I am now having errors editing with Elementor. When i click on the homepage to edit, it hangs and seems to enter safe mode, as when i edit and save the live site is not updated.
It also seems to only be the basic elementor

We also recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding. You may use the https://www.loom.com/ screen recording tool to record your screen and upload it on their website. You may then share the URL here.
