Import for demos/babyland01/ partially imported but not complete. There were no errors, but the home page is missing the left side categories; products are missing colors and size selections.
Site url is https://dzp.lsw.mybluehost.me
Admin login in private area.
I have made required changes to php.ini and installed required plugins.

Hello Tony,
The instructions you provided allow me to update my site to look more like your demo page (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/babyland01/).
Is there a way I can run the demo import on a new site and have it look like your demo site without having to do extra updates? I want to be able to try out several of your sample imports without having to do extra setup. Thanks!
Hello, @bret,
Thank you for your response.
We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset, and import the demo site again on your site.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hi Tony,
I tried your suggestion – did a database reset using wordpress-database-reset and then imported the baby site. I get the same results: no category menu on the left and some products missing sizes & colors. There were no errors during import.
Hello, @bret,
Thank you for your response.
1/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask you to revisit your site after clearing your browser’s cache to see the changes.
Additionally, we have made modifications to the homepage using Elementor, setting the sidebar to ‘Shop Sidebar’. You have the flexibility to customize the sidebar according to your preferences. To add or remove widgets, please navigate to Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard.
For visual guidance, we have uploaded images in the private content area of your account for your reference.
2/ Regarding adjustments for sizes and colors, we recommend watching the following video which provides a step-by-step guide: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LgzC4iK-j6A). This tutorial should assist you in making the necessary customizations.

Hi Tony,
I can see that it’s possible to make changes after doing the import so that my site looks closer to your demo site.
My question is how do I do the import such that after the import, my site looks exactly like your demo site (without have to do changes)?
I want to be able to quickly try out several of your sample imports and have them look exactly like your demos without having to make changes. Is that possible?
