DEMO IMPORT ISSUE - by humjk - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Is there are issues with the demo import? When I load the screen there is no button to proceed with the import.

If you face any problem, please describe it in more details and provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

Hi Rose,

So I was able to get into CPanel for my account and no errors were logged. I upgraded PHP from 5.4 -> 7.1 as I have seen that not only helping with the speed of the site but allowing for imports to work on other themes I have worked with and still no go. it doesn’t look like this theme is working well with my current hosting, so unless the theme developer has other options on how to get the theme and all its options / demo content imported I do not think it will work.

Can you please suggest something. How do I give you temp access so you can take a closer look?

If nothing works, can I get a refund?

the failed import created new posts with the lifestyle themes images and 13 emails were sent to my subscriber list because of that.

Please let me know if this theme isn’t going to work with my blog how do i go about getting a refund.

Please provide temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/jbul5p and let us know demo version which should be imported on your site.

Hey Guys,
i successfully installed the Lifestyle Theme with lots of Demo content like diffrent blog layouts and contact forms. But i don’t find a possibility to integrate further features like the timeline https://www.8theme.com/demo/lifestyle/timeline/ or the countdown https://www.8theme.com/demo/lifestyle/count-down-timer/
I just wanted to install the theme like it appears in the preview and then modifie the content. could you help me?

You may click on “Get Settings” to see information required to recreate Timeline page http://prntscr.com/ju2p4r
Or provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area and we will recreate these pages on your site.
