Demo Import – issue on products categories and shop

    Hi there,

    I’ve imported a demo but since it’s impossible to do anything.
    My menu is not changing, products categories are not filtering. The text in my categorie is not visible. The boutique page is not configurable : the products are not displaying anymore.
    I’ve got products and some pages to keep
    Could you please help me please ?
    All the plugins, theme and WordPress are up to date.

    We’ve disabled Elementor Pro on your site and products on Shop page and Categories are visible now. You can contact support of Elementor Pro plugin to get further asistance.

    About the Header of your Home page, please edit it via Theme options > Header Builder > Multiple headers – https://prnt.sc/rETvKnGmBfAi

    Thanks for the fix.
    If I understand properly, it means than I can’t user Elementor Pro in my website but I need it.
    How can I do ?

    Thank you for your reply.

    As was mentioned, you need to contact support team of Elementor Pro to get assistance. XStore is compatible with this plugin, but we can’t provide support for its questions/settings. Probably you just need to change some settings for the plugin to be able to use it without the problem.
