Hello, @benji610,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1/ Please Check System Requirements:
Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8
For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.
After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.
2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then Import the demo on your site again.
We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

Hello,
I set the settings as you told. System status is fine now.
I could import demo content, but its totaly destroyed / elements and design are not in place.
Can you take a look? Normaly demo import just works fine..
Best

Hello, @benji610,
Thank you for your response.
1/ Upon reviewing your website, we have noticed that it is currently running on PHP version 8.3. For optimal compatibility and performance, we kindly request that you downgrade to PHP version 8.1.
Please contact your service provider at your earliest convenience to facilitate this change.
2/ We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.
3/ Afterward, Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then Import the demo on your site again.
We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.
Best Regards,

Hello,
I downgraded to PHP 8.2 , thats the least available version. But I bought your theme because I read the theme has full PHP compatiblity – and I think this is not the reason, since I already imported demo content with you theme several times on PHP 8.2 installations.
Also I reset the website via Database eraser plugin. Still the Most pages do not show up as they should.. For me it looks like the elementor elements are not imported correctly or something like that? Xstore theme elements seem to be fine
Best

Hello
im sorry, we needed to change some server settings to set up php 8.2 / 8.3
The user extern is now available again, see login credentials.
Also see the screenshot of home page for example – all the content pages are not as they are on demo preview content. Seems like elementor is not loading or converted properly
Thank you and regards
Benjamin
