Demo import not working as expected (also plugin installer not working)

Hello,

We bought and installed XStore theme but when we imported the demo it is all messed up. Also some plugins cannot be installed via your plugin installer (we get the message of installation failed) and I guess we need them for the demo to work. All your server requirements are met. You can see that the website is not ok by checking the homepage, this is a fresh install and we edited nothing after we done the import.

Plugins can be installed manually, download archives from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads
