Please check all the server requirements before the installation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ Make sure that the latest version of the theme (6.3.9.3) and Core plugin 2.3.9.1 installed.
Watch and follow this video – https://youtu.be/UAlAkvoilfk , install WPBakery version of the cosmetics demo, then provide us with temporary wp-admin access. This demo version is not officially released on Elementor, but we can install a test version of the demo content –
