Demo installation issue, Unable to install the demos

Hi, I have purchased the Xstore theme, But I’m unable to install the demos, I don’t know which version of Php it is supported, I have migrated my PHP and Apache to version 8.1. With this version, I have been able to install only one “Classic” demo. now I need to install more demos in other projects. But with this version i cant install . which version of PHP need to download ?
getting this error

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issues you are experiencing with installing demos on the XStore theme.

We would recommend you use PHP 7.4 or 8.0 or 8.1.

Could you please provide the URL and temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
