Demo site loads much faster than my actual site

Demo site for XSTORE Marseille04 loads much faster than my actual site. The demo site loads with virtually zero lag. But my site is much slower to load. All the pages.

How can I make it faster loading. There are some render blocking resources. Can you please remove them for me. I came to know about them from https://pagespeed.web.dev/

Please help.

Still, please do not look at the speed reports. I would like you to check the loading of the site on the browser itself. Compare the demo site and my site side by side.

We’ve checked your site, it is not slow, but our demo uses a cache plugin and CDN which speed it up https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Your site uses more 3rd party plugins, every additional plugin slows down site a bit. Please check descriptions of all plugins that are activated on your site and disable plugins you do not really use.
