    Hello

Hope everything is good this monday

    The question:
What is the best way for us to work togheter with regards to xstores demo template import?

    – Do you have a system of how you work with your customers; a template library of JSON and ZIP files?

I am asking because i have already imported a demo, but i cannot import different demos because this messes up my site. The optimal outcome is if i can import your demos straight to elementor instead as a zip or json.

    Thanks alot!

    Thanks alot!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

XStore studio can be used to import sections from different demos, so please try to use this feature – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

    Hello, Nicolo,

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a technical issue with the live copy feature on our server. We are diligently working to resolve this matter within the next month. Alternatively, should we be unable to rectify the issue in a timely manner, we may consider discontinuing the feature altogether.

In the interim, we kindly request that you download the necessary files for certain elements from the following link: https://we.tl/t-QogOs6KGe4 Upon successful download, please proceed to edit a page using the Elementor tool and import the templates to your website as per the instructions available at https://elementor.com/help/template-library/.

Furthermore, we invite you to inform us of any additional elements you require. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly supply the corresponding files on an individual basis.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely hope for your understanding as we work to improve our services.

    Best Regards,
