    Hi,

I’m wondering why I can’t seem to get theme versions to install properly, no matter what server configuration or web host I use?

I’ve enabled allow_url_fopen on the server, increased memory_limit, setup woocommerce, installed base demo content successfully, but then when I click install on one of the demos, it looks like its doing something but then it’s always just the default content, and the slider says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home2 not found.” So it looks nothing like the demo I want in the end.

Why isn’t this working? I’m using the latest version http://cp87.ezyreg.com/~nini5923/

    Hello bymedia,

You have disabled allow_url_fopen. Ask your hosting to enable it.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Thank you for quick response.

If it is not possible to enable allow_url_fopen. Would it be possible to install the theme demos manually ?

    Hello @bymedia,

As I see demo content is imported on your site. I’ve just imported slider for Home page.
Please specify what problems you’re experiencing.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @bymedia,

Can your host enable allow_url_fopen function? Please ask them. Otherwise you won’t be able to install other templates.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
