Departments Menu Problem and Elementor not responding for a category.

1. Departments Menu appears on desktop but not on mobile. I’m adding a screen recording below, can you help?

2. When I try to edit the page called “Kolyeler(Shop Category)” with Elementor, Elementor stops. It works fine on all other pages, but it only stops in this page. I’m attaching a screen recording, can you review it and help?
