Deprecated Error Codes after update the PHP to 8.1

    my team is working on PHP upgrade.

    we found out my site has 2 error codes on shopping cart page

    Deprecated: preg_match_all(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in /www/(website)/public/wp-includes/media.php on line 1839

    Deprecated: preg_split(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in /www/(website)/public/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 3506

    Please let me know how to fix it

    Please provide a screenshot of the problem and record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you.

    2/ Can you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to XStore only? Let us know the result.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello, @Eugene Shek,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    Can you please switch to WooCommerce default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) in order to check if the issue is restricted to Legenda only? Let us know the result and provide FTP access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hi Team,

    i changed the theme to default theme.

    The 2 Deprecated error codes gone. (see attachment)

    Would you please let me know how to fix it?

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that your installation was previously running an outdated version of the theme, v.4.3.8. We have upgraded it to the latest version, v.4.4.7, to remove those errors and ensure optimal performance and security.

    Additionally, we have updated the accompanying plugin, Legenda Core, to version v.1.2.7.

    We strongly recommend that you also update all other plugins and default themes to their latest versions. This is crucial to prevent similar issues and maintain the integrity and functionality of your system.
