Descripction attribute don't save when I created

Hello,

When I write a description inside an attribute and I click button “save”, the text dissapear as if I never write anything in the description box (first description box)
If I write in the second description box or the third one, the text writes in white color so I only can see it if I select it, and once again when I save it the text dissapears.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

By default, the term of an attribute has only 1 description field in our theme. Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how the description works then.

Ok, but anyway The frist description box is included in the theme and is not working fine. How can I show that description?

I have the same problem with categories description. The text dissapears when I save changes

Hello,

Have you tried to disable 3rd-party plugins? Do you have this problem with a default theme and with a parent XStore theme?
