Design Problem with Frontend in Incognito Mode

The website design works fine when i am logged in with WP=admin but the frontend is totally messed up when i open the site in icognito mode. Can i know what is the reason behind it??

It was due to my cache plugin,i solved it.

When i see the demo website this theme, it is quite fast, can you tell me why my website is slow?
what are the factors that has made my website slow??
