Hi,
Because I find a difference in sorting between the desktop categories menu and the mobile one?

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
The product categories widget has “Order by” option – https://prnt.sc/oY9iRQwtu8xo Please try both types and check the result.

Ok, now i apply “order by categories” and works fine.
Previously, sort by name was applied, and the two views were different between mobile and desktop.
I don’t understand why!
Hello, Syndr0me,
We are glad that you sorted it out.
Product categories widget in sidebar, and Product categories in Mobile menu are different elements, so they have different settings and default values.

two different elements?
In my widget area i see only Shop Sidebar and only one Widget (product categories). Is the same for all device.
Hello, Syndr0me,
This is the Mobile menu – https://prnt.sc/WX0T1jMK8Jif (Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu). It is not a sidebar, which you can access via Appearance> Widgets.
Is there anything else we can help you with?
Kind Regards,

Hello, Syndr0me,
