Differences in behavior between the main website and the mirror site with the same

The main difference is the behavior when the mouse hovers over linked text. I find the effect on the mirror site satisfactory. However, after comparing the settings on both sites, I couldn’t find the correct setting method.

You can compare the differences in the footer between the two websites. I have carefully compared the footer settings of both sites, and they are exactly the same. However, the actual behavior on the two sites is different.

I don’t know the reason for this difference. Could you tell me the correct setting method? Thank you.
